Real set logger
Decimal weights, drop sets, warm-up flags, kg / lb on the fly. Built for the kind of training that actually progresses.
LiftTrack is the lifting log + nutrition tracker built for serious progress. Log every rep — sets, decimal weights, drop sets — and snap any meal to get macros from AI in seconds. See why your progress moves, not just that it did.

No spreadsheet voodoo. No nutrition database lookups. No calorie-counting tedium.
Tap into your routine, hit the set logger. Decimal weights, drop sets, kg / lb, rest timer auto-fires.
Camera FAB. Frame your plate. AI returns calories + protein + carbs + fat in seconds across 7 slots a day.
Daily macro rings, PR detection, plateau radar, recovery patterns. Ask the AI when something looks off.
LiftTrack skips the data-entry tax. Every feature here is a knife — sharp, single-purpose, instantly usable.
Decimal weights, drop sets, warm-up flags, kg / lb on the fly. Built for the kind of training that actually progresses.
Snap your plate. AI returns calories + protein + carbs + fat across 7 named meal slots a day. No food database lookups.
Auto-fires after every non-warmup set. Persistent overlay so you can lock the phone and breathe.
Automatic — any time you beat a previous 1RM, e1RM, or volume record on a lift, it lights up. No spreadsheet math.
Structured programs. Day-N tracking. Switch routines without losing history. Active-routine card on the home tab.
Log a workout OR a meal — streak counts. Misses don't shame; gentle nudge instead of guilt-bait.
Volume trends, weight charts, body-metric correlation, plateau radar. The chart shows you which lift stalled, not whether.
Natural language. "Why did my bench drop last week?" "Show macros for the days I hit a PR." Honest answers from your own logs.
Your data sits on our server in Mumbai. No ads, no analytics SDKs, no third-party sharing. Export or delete in one tap.
Soft-dark canvas. Teal + orange brand pair. Inter type set with subtle motion. Built mobile-first.

We built LiftTrack because fitness apps shouldn't harvest your nutrition + body data. Read the full privacy policy — it's plain English.
All client–server traffic uses HTTPS. Database volumes are encrypted by the cloud provider. Auth tokens live in the device secure enclave.
Postgres on our own VM in Mumbai. No third-party SaaS holds your training or nutrition data. Daily backups; 30-day retention.
No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Facebook Pixel. Sentry tracks crashes only — PII scrubbed, no workout or meal content.
Export everything as JSON via Share. Delete your account from Settings — server data is wiped in 7 days, backups in 30.
LiftTrack is free for v1. If we add paid tiers later, the current feature set stays free forever for existing users.
One plan. Everything included. No card on file.

Yes. v1 is free for everyone. No ads, no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid tiers later, existing accounts will keep current features at no charge.
On our own server hosted in Mumbai, India (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Postgres, encrypted at rest, accessed only over HTTPS. We do not use third-party analytics or marketing SDKs.
The picture is downscaled to 640px on-device and sent to our server for AI parsing. The AI returns calories, protein, carbs, and fat estimates. The image is retained only to render the meal in the detail screen and is deleted when you delete the meal or your account.
Good for ballpark and trend tracking; not a replacement for a kitchen scale if you're competition-prepping. Every meal screen lets you tap the macros to correct them — the model treats your edits as ground truth.
Yes. Per-set unit override. Most barbell work in kg, sled press in lb, no problem. Conversion is exact, not rounded — the logger keeps the original number you typed.
Workout logging works offline and syncs when you reconnect. Meal photo AI needs network. Insights need network. Read-only history works offline.
Yes. Settings → Privacy & data → Export data produces a JSON file with every workout, set, meal, and body metric you've logged. No format lock-in.
Yes. Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account, or visit lifttrack.getsetmvp.com/account-deletion. All server data tied to you is erased within 7 days; backups roll off within 30.
Planned for v1.1+. v1 ships Android first because that's our daily-driver platform and where the strongest demand is.
